Refund Policy

Toffee subscriptions unlock ongoing companion features such as letters, memory, richer continuity, and generated virtual identity experiences.

Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. Access to paid features is tied to the active subscription period and the plan selected.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a subscription anytime through the billing flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges unless required by applicable law or approved by Toffee support.

Refund requests

If something went wrong with billing or access, contact support with the account email and a short description of the issue. Toffee reviews refund requests case by case and follows applicable consumer protection laws.
