AI and fictional companions
Toffee companions are AI-generated fictional personas. They are not real people, and their messages, memories, images, and identities may be generated or assisted by AI systems.
Not medical or therapy care
Toffee is not a medical, mental health, crisis, or therapy service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Content boundaries
Toffee does not sell adult content. Users must follow all applicable laws and may not use the service to create, request, share, or encourage illegal, harmful, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require an account or paid subscription. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your account information accurate.
Service changes
Toffee may change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves, including companion behavior, memory features, email delivery, billing options, and generated media capabilities.
